12. August 2025 - RoTecPSMA® Approved in Switzerland – Expanding Access to Advanced Prostate Cancer Diagnostics. We are delighted to announce that RoTecPSMA® has received marketing authorization in Switzerland, marking another important milestone in the European rollout of this innovative diagnostic solution. This approval, achieved in close collaboration with our trusted partner and marketing authorization holder medeo AG, paves the way for Swiss patients to benefit from our PSMA SPECT tracer.

Team ROTOP - Jens Junker, Felix Roschke, Thomas Gottlieb and Tanmaya Joshi - just returned from SNMMI 2025 in New Orleans. This year, the event brought together nearly 8,000 professionals from across the nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceutical world.
First marketing authorization for RoTecPSMA®
16. April 2025 - First marketing authorization for RoTecPSMA®. We are thrilled to announce that RoTecPSMA® has been approved in the United Kingdom! RoTecPSMA® is a technetium-99m cold kit for SPECT imaging of prostate cancer patients and the first PSMA-SPECT tracer approved in a European country. It marks a significant step forward in closing a gap in patient care, making advanced diagnostics more accessible for those affected by prostate cancer.

Die ROTOP Pharmaka GmbH, gegründet 2000 mit Sitz in Dresden-Rossendorf, ist ein führender Anbieter von radiopharmazeutischen Produkten. Radioaktive Arzneimittel kommen immer häufiger zum Einsatz, sowohl für diagnostische Anwendungen als auch für therapeutische Zwecke; in der Nuklearmedizin beispielsweise zur Bildgebung oder zur gezielten Therapie bei der Behandlung bestimmter Krebsarten.
